The Smart Pail is comprised of a light-weight, square shaped liner designed for use with a 100% recyclable corrugate container. Considerable cost-savings are possible for the user because the Smart Pail reduces input energy and maximizes overall efficiencies, without sacrificing the quality and reliability required of pail systems.

The Smart Pail provides businesses a means to boost revenue and promote green business practices, by easily being integrated into present single and multi-head filling lines. The cube shaped pail liner weighs 87% less than a rigid pail, allowing the user to maximize energy efficiencies and productivity rates. One truckload of empty Smart Pails is equivalent to 5 truckloads of empty rigid pails. Inbound transportation costs, fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions are reduced, while maximizing inventory space.

When palletized, the Smart Pail can be stacked one extra skidded layer over rigid pails because of its cube shape. This equates to 33% more product-per-pallet. The corrugate over pack is 100% recyclable. The liner is high-density polyethylene, recycle code 2.

A snap-on lid is also available for users requiring a quick turnaround for their product. The snap on lid simplifies the process of filling and emptying the product.

The Smart Pail was developed specifically for thick viscous products, such as paint, ink, cosmetic compounds, drywall mud, roof sealant, powders and flakes.
